2. Client Responsibilities

• Respond promptly

• Provide access to platforms/accounts

3. Payment

• Invoices due as specified

• Late payments may incur interest/service suspension

• Fees are non-refundable unless agreed

4. Confidentiality

• Both parties keep information private

5. Termination

• Either party may terminate with written notice

• Completed work is billed

6. Liability

• Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Total liability limited to fees paid for services

7. Changes

• Terms may update anytime, posted on website

• Laws of British Columbia, Canada
